Our Vision

The Freedom Table was born from a simple truth: every woman deserves a seat where she belongs, where her story matters, and where her purpose can flourish. This is more than a community—it's a sacred space where women gather to discover clarity, set meaningful goals, and build the life they're designed for. Through faith, action, and accountability, we help women stop wondering and start living with intention.
Whether you're seeking purpose clarity, navigating life transitions, ready to achieve your goals, or longing for authentic connection and accountability, your seat is waiting. Through monthly virtual gatherings, faith-based resources, coaching support, and a private community of women who truly understand, The Freedom Table offers a place to discover your calling, take action, and thrive—together.
Because breakthrough happens best around a table where grace is given freely, truth is spoken in love, and purpose is pursued with intention.

Tamara "Coach TeeCee" Allison
Founder & Certified Life Purpose & Goal Achievement Coach
Hi, I'm Tamara "Coach TeeCee" Allison, founder of The Freedom Table.
I created this space because I was her — the woman smiling on the outside while quietly wondering on the inside: "Is this all there is?"
I know what it's like to be capable, functional, even successful by some standards... and still feel like you're living on autopilot. Like there's a purpose inside you that you can't quite name. Goals you keep putting off. Dreams you're too afraid to chase.
For years, I worked in crisis intervention — Community Health Worker, Peer Recovery Specialist — helping women in their hardest moments. But I kept meeting women who weren't in crisis. They were just... stuck. Lost. Going through the motions.
They had everything they thought they wanted, but something was missing.
That's when I realized: a lot of women don't need rescuing. They need CLARITY. They need DIRECTION. They need someone to help them figure out what they actually want — and then build a plan to make it happen.
So I became a Certified Life Purpose & Goal Achievement Coach.
Through The Freedom Table community and 1-on-1 coaching, I help women:
✨ Discover their God-given purpose (even when it feels buried)
🎯 Set goals that actually matter (not just what they think they "should" want)
💪 Build systems to stay on track (because motivation fades, but systems work)
🙏 Live intentionally (instead of reactively surviving each day)

Background in Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder & Crisis Intervention
I've walked through my own seasons of feeling stuck, unclear, and wondering if God forgot about me. I circled around clarity for years — stuck between what I thought I should be doing and what I was actually called to do.
But through prayer, inner work, and leaning into my lived story, everything shifted. I stopped trying to perfect my path and started leaning into it. My pain wasn't just for me — it was preparation to help other women rise.
I don't just show up with strategies. I show up with understanding, prayer, and a heart that's been there. My coaching isn't about quick fixes — it's about walking with you, side by side, until purpose takes root and goals become reality.
Because what I needed most — I didn't have. I had no community of women who truly got it. No safe space to share my story without judgment. No one who really understood the silent battles I was fighting.
I dealt with everything alone — until I found Jesus and built a real relationship with Him. That's when everything changed. Through His grace, I began to heal. And through that healing, I realized: if I needed this kind of space, other women do too.
That's exactly why I built The Freedom Table — to give women the sacred community I desperately needed but never had, while pointing them to the One who transforms our lives into purpose.
If you're ready to stop wondering and start building the life you're designed for, let's talk.
